Return Policy:
Changed your mind about your purchase? If you want to return an order, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of the order.
Send the products and packaging to the address on the order confirmation mail. Do not forget to add the payment confirmation and / or invoice.
What happens after I return my order?
When the product is delivered, you will receive the purchased amount and the original shipping costs back on your account.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
1. Register your order as return articles by filling in the return form on oneclickdiscount.com
2. After we have received your return form, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
Did you receive the order by parcel post? Then, after registering your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing a reference number and the address where you can send your return.
Always state the reference number when returning, so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
You pay the costs of the return shipment yourself. If you return the package to us within 14 days, you will get the cost of the item and the original transport costs refunded to your bank account within two weeks.
If you send the return shipment back after 14 days, you will only receive the value of the item. Did you receive the order by truck? Then we will contact you by telephone after receiving your return notification to make a return appointment. You will receive a confirmation of the return appointment by e-mail.
Do you have the package collected within 14 days? You will receive back the value of the item and the original transport costs.
Do you have the package picked up after 14 days? You only get the value of the item back. The costs of the transport will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. More information can be found on oneclickdiscount.com
